Natalie was the best teacher I’ve ever had in my life. Between her attitude, music, workout i love it and want to come back every time she’s working!

I only interacted with the 12:30 YS sub instructor, but she was wonderful, friendly, and I loved every part of her class. She is one of my new favorite instructors and I am a huge fan of the Falls Church location (this past weekend was my first time going to that location).

I enjoy all your classes and your instructors keep it fun and interesting. I would like to see maybe a C3 once a quarter just to try it out or a C 2.5.

Core Power Restore class with Anna an amazing class. This class is really helping my joints and my mind. I feel my body is restored and mind is energized for the week. Ana is a wonderful and very dedicated instructor. Her postive attitude is what I come to this studio for.

Great consistent product at all your locations. Falls Church instructors are awesome, especially Anna.

Space is great, and teacher of my Saturday morning class was excellent - good flow and challenging with various options provided so participants could self regulate.

I've really enjoyed my experiences with the classes at CoreYoga. I have minimal prior Yoga practice and felt that the instructors are encouraging and helpful with my practice. The variety of classes offered has also been a huge plus. I tend to get bored with a typical structure of workout classes but each instructor has altered and tailored classes based on the students.
