I love it.

Two suggestions...

1. Please start and end on time. Should be simple.

2. The music doesn’t need to be at 5000 decibels. I think some instructors are deaf or are trying to make me deaf. I hate when it’s over the top loud.

I love the variety of classes -- yoga and cardio. I also love the variety of intensity levels. I can always find just what I need on any given day. Most of the instructors I've encountered are energetic, supportive and push me to work harder in a fun way. Mostly good/inspiring music choices.

The instructors are wonderful and music playing through the classes helps to get out of your head and calm down. It's just a very happy and friendly place as opposed to other gyms/studios including several core power gyms. Falls Church is by far my favorite.

Beautiful studio, love the C2 class, temperature was just right. Instructors were great, great workout.
