I love yoga teachers, yoga community, and studios. I am very grateful I can always count on the exercise and meditation space.

However, I'd like to suggest that turn down the music volume during all of classes especially sculpt classes it does not matter which studios. Because some of us have the sensitive ears.

I absolutely love the fort collins location, as the instructors are so experienced with great w energy. However, lately my normal C2 class i have been going to feels overcrowded, as they stated that it wasn’t full and there were spots available, yet only inches in between students. Other than my one complaint i really love this place!

As someone who has always done yoga at home I was nervous to try my first in person session. My worries were definitely overblown as the class was paced well, the instructor was very friendly, and left feeling more confident in my abilities.

I love that I know what I can expect from the Vinyasa Flow that is offered. I love the heated room; it helps me to let go of life outside the studio for 60 minutes.

You instructors made me feel very comfortable coming in with out having done yoga for years!

First time at the Fort Collins studio and had a great experience. I like to go to Hot Power Fusion and like it as hot as possible. And that seemed like a good classroom as the heat gets cranked up.

I really like the instructors- all have great ways of moving through the practice. Warm studios help my muscles get open
