Went to yoga on the lawn at New Belgium while I was in town and loved it so much, such a fun event. Also dropped in to the Sunday am fusion class with Shea and it was fantastic, I’ve never sweat so much in my life but loved every minute of it. Fantastic studio with amazing teachers, I will definitely be back next time I am in Fort Collins!

The staff is always friendly and great. Plenty of classes to choose from every day with a variety of options. My wife loves this CorePower and says it's the only work out classes that keep her in shape. I've started to join her recently and can agree.

The teachers are so welcoming and informative! There are classes for all different levels and each class even has options to level up or level down. Core power has become one of my favorite ways to get a work out and destress.

I took the C1 class offered on Sundays, and it was amazing! Very welcoming staff and yoga session, especially for beginners.

Haven't been disappointed in teachers; years ago it felt like there were a lot of college students as instructors.

The vibe is good, the number of classes available, people respect being quiet before a class starts, and as mentioned - good instructors. I'm glad to be back here.

Some of rooms didn't appear cleaned before class in years past - but don't feel that way now. The studio looks good.

Side note: I support being green, but would be nice to have Kleenex in the bathroom and rooms.

All of the instructors are so helpful and welcoming. The classes are structured in a way that you can level down or up as you need for yourself. The heat is amazing for flexibility.

The instructor's are amazing. The facility is always clean. The staff is super friendly.

I like that the environment was judge free and the instructor made it clear to go at your own pace/ whatever feels right for your body. I also love that the sun is up at the start of the session and towards the end it falls.

Very friendly and professional staff. I’ve only taken a couple different classes at this location and have enjoyed the instructors. I do wish the studio floors and the women’s locker room/bathroom were a little cleaner - but maybe I’ve gone during really busy times or they don’t have someone to clean until another later in the day.
