Instructors have been great and easy to follow! The bigger studio was a nice warm temp but not too hot! The second time I was in the smaller studio and it was hotter, enjoyed the bump up in temp but it was more challenging! 👍

I was new, and the teacher helped me a ton with getting everything figured out. It was a nice experience, with difficult balance exercises, some meditation, and even some core exercises. Lots of fun, would do it again!

I love it!

I did the free week and I absolutely loved the atmosphere. I was very nervous walking in and a little discouraged at first but everyone there was so welcoming and kind I really enjoyed it.

I like the practices

I love the instructors and how they run their classes. No matter what I can find a class that works for how I’m feeling that day. Special shoutout to Cheyenne and Taylor N! They are the best and their classes are so fun.

The instructors are the most friendly and welcoming people I have ever met. The Fort Collins studio has the most incredible staff who greets you at the door, remembers your name, and encourages you in class. Every time I walk into the studio my day instantly gets better

Early morning classes and focus on strength

Excellent class, sloane and amby did a great job. I would have preferred amby’s class to be a little harder, but it was still good.

***Side note, I really wish the rental mats didn’t get as slippery as ice when you start sweating. ***

These women are so amazing and the classes are almost as great as the community! Extremely welcoming and supportive. And the classes are fun while being strenuous, with modifications for all levels of activity!

The Core Power Yoga Studio in Fort Collins is very nice, spacious enough and clean!!! I took CP 2 class what was nicely challenging and well guided, I will definitely come again !!!
