I love that there is a CPY in FoCo! The instructors are all fantastic (shout out especially to Amby, Melissa R & Adrienne) and I really enjoy switching up which classes I take. I mostly practice in the mornings and do wish at times there was a little more variety in the 7am offerings. I love that there are themed classes and other options like yoga on the lawn, appreciate the sales on apparel, the buddy passes and the parking availability! The only thing I wonder about and notice sometimes is the cleanliness of the studios. Often I see a lot of debris on the floors, dirty mirrors and am curious to know how often the equipment is really cleaned. Having the disinfecting wipes available gives me more peace of mind. Thanks FoCo CPY for all you do - keep it up, your attitudes are motivating and guiding is inspiring!

After a car accident last year I got a membership with CorePower in Fort Collins. It was a way to stay active while I recovered from my injuries. I planned to cancel the membership after I got back up to speed. Throughout 2023 the teachers at CP Fort Collins taught me how to have perspective through my pain. I was welcomed by a community of yogis from different walks of life and even made some friends along the way. I've learned so much about perspective from the various teachers I've had the pleasure of meeting. One time I was having a day and when I walked in to CP FoCo Cheyenne said my name and started flexing her arms. It made me laugh and I quickly regained my third eye center she always talks about. Katie Kr helped me pick out a new yoga mat in the studio and her classes actually get me to focus on form over force and breathing above all. Her direction is clear and this really helps during her mandala flows which happen to be my favorite style of flow. I love to walk in the studio and hear Amby's laugh! It makes the studio feel like a home. Melissa R is like an iron fist in a velvet glove. The nicest person you'll ever meet then you see your hr spike to 200 in her Sculpt class. Her energy at 7am is the best way to start your Monday. Sloane drops the sweetest beats and her synchrony of direction and music is wonderful. At a CP event at New Belgium I got to introduce my daughter to Shea, Jess M and Sloane. My daughter loved how welcoming the CP community was towards her. I can go on and needless to say I won't be cancelling my membership. Facilities, studios and equipment are clean AND sanitized. Shea's team at CP Fort Collins focuses on all the tangibles that make a yoga studio feel like a community. Thank you for having such a wonderful staff and studio!

I like the fact that you can check in to variety of class at anytime of the day. You have options of different classes to choose from . I like the friendly staff & how they give you motivation throughout the class.
