Clean facility, nice locker rooms, convenient cubbies (although the light needs to be repaired there— it is hard to see and somewhat of a safety hazard), and pleasant instructors

The atmosphere is welcoming. The instructors are fantastic (Alicia was amazing). The workout is consistently what I need. Hot yoga is my favorite yoga.

Great part of yoga, of which CPY is fantastic at, is assisting those of us who aren’t in yoga shape and need to do a lot of modifications. The instructors are not only patient, but they help us get proper form and encourage different poses that allow guys like myself to feel like we’re working out and involved.

I love yoga teachers, yoga community, and studios. I am very grateful I can always count on the exercise and meditation space.

However, I'd like to suggest that turn down the music volume during all of classes especially sculpt classes it does not matter which studios. Because some of us have the sensitive ears.

I absolutely love the fort collins location, as the instructors are so experienced with great w energy. However, lately my normal C2 class i have been going to feels overcrowded, as they stated that it wasn’t full and there were spots available, yet only inches in between students. Other than my one complaint i really love this place!
