Great instructor

I love the intentions frim the instructors, including the messages/ themes/ thoughts that cone to mind during class. Absolutely wonderful detox for both my body and mind and I feel like I have become more grounded even within the few classes I have taken so far. Just wish the prices weren't so high for classes, but it's really enjoyable to try a variety of classes!

I love heated yoga. There are so few options for heated yoga in Denver that isn't Bikram. I love the number of studios and classes offered in the Denver area. Makes it easy to get to a class since I have 3 locations very convenient to me.

I like the studio on 32nd because it seems friendlier.

Instructors are always friendly, on time, knowledgeable & talented. The studio is perfect for my needs. Since I only live a few blocks away i don't mind that the lack of showers and changing space.
Also, i recently noticed Jacob assisting some new customers and his customer service skills were remarkable - made the new students feel very welcome.
