Instructors are always friendly, on time, knowledgeable & talented. The studio is perfect for my needs. Since I only live a few blocks away i don't mind that the lack of showers and changing space.
Also, i recently noticed Jacob assisting some new customers and his customer service skills were remarkable - made the new students feel very welcome.

it was amazing for my first yoga class. i found some of the balancing poses pretty hard, but the fact that is was so hot and the class was great i had the best time and felt like a million bucks afterwards.
Mainly the instructors are just so great!
The instructor played her viola at the end! Only complaint is the new even higher drop in price... I did come for free as a Birthday class but the price makes me think twice about coming back as much as I wish I could.
