The studio is clean. The instructors are all well-trained and lead safe classes. Each instructor has a different approach to class, and I like the variety. Yoga Sculpt is a full-body workout, low-impact, with the freedom to adapt for yourself.

love so much about core yoga ive been to 2 in the springs 1 in parker and 1 in Encino CA all the instructors ive had are amazing people kind, genuine and helpful the facilities are always clean and inviting and i love the sales items, im hooked on core yoga today, tomorrow, forever

I've been coming to corepower for years, maybe a decade? I love it and am appreciative of the instructors. Glad adjustments are back! I would love to see more mobility work incorporated in the programs (weakness of mine) and if there is ANY way to bring cold towels back again, that would be uh-mazing, but also covid, so I get it.

Wish there were a 7:30 AM class and maybe a corerestore around 8 PM. I know instructors are limited so that makes it tough. I would love those two additions in the future.

It would be nice to have a water bottle filling station instead of the two drinking fountains. All other CorePower studios I’ve been to have them. It seems like a little thing, but it would be a big improvement to the Garden of the Gods studio.
