Love everything about CP garden of the gods! Only one complaint is that a yogi next to me rung out his sweat soaked mat/towel on the studio floor during shavasanas. It sounded like he was emptying his water bottle on the floor next to my head and it of course snapped me awake. Not only is it completely disruptive but unsanitary. He wiped some (not all) of it up, but why cover the floor with your sweat on purpose? Anyhow, not sure how you can control that from happening again but thought you should know. It was gross.

I very much like the studio and the availability of classes. However, some instructors are connecting and teaching better than the others.

Love the teachers. Whenever I feel like I don't know if I want to go practice, I arrive and immediately, I am happy that I went. The teachers welcome me and help me feel like I am there for myself and I can do whatever I want.

Ruby is a personable teacher and has a true passion for teaching yoga.
She made my first hot yoga class fun.
The welcoming environment was very nice.
Her teaching style is great and meets
each student's individual needs and abilities.
Ruby literally talks with a vocal
pitch to her students through the various poses while encouraging them along the way.

Sandy taught a great class on Saturday at 11:30.

I love almost everything about CorePower Yoga. I get a good workout, the instructors are all very knowledgeable and friendly with plenty of varied classes available. The heated rooms and big locker room with showers are nice too. The only thing that would make it better is if the price for classes/membership was cheaper but I guess you get what you pay for.

The studio was completely full which made it very tight (not ideal).

Overall, I love the CorePower studio at the Garden of the Gods. The studio is always clean and welcoming. The staff are warm, supportive, and knowledgeable. My only concern is the Thursday, 7:30 am Glutes and Core class. The instructor struggles to follow the sequence, and students do not get the same sequence of exercises on each side of the body. I feel this practice could lead to injuries. Overall, the instructor is a lovely, enthusiastic person but needs to focus on ensuring she is following the exercise sequence for both sides of the body. Perhaps a co-teacher as a support for the instructor for a few classes would help the instructor relax and focus.

I love the CorePower 1.5 class. The class temp was great and poses. Teacher was good too.
