I love how CorePower Yoga challenges me physically while also helping me clear my mind. The classes have a great balance of intensity and mindfulness, and the instructors are always so encouraging. Plus, the heated rooms really take the practice to the next level!

Great class!
I like the number of classes offered and quality of instruction provided by several yoga instructors. I prefer the Nevada studio because it's much closer to my home and work. The only thing that is sometimes challenging at both studios is cleanliness, water damage and concern about subsequent mold. Otherwise, I'm a long, long time CPY student and dedicated while the quality of instruction remains high.

Paul was great!’ When I signed up, it told me I get a free week. I was thrilled!! I arrived and he mentioned that I think it was a glitch or mistake, but was very kind about it!! I bought the 5 class pass when I got home. It was used on the class I just took.
