This location has been so welcoming from Day 1 of walking into the studio and just appeasing my curiosity. After approx. 8 classes taken there with different instructors and styles, it is my favorite studio in the Springs. The facility is always kept clean & sanitized, the music is at tolerable volume levels (class leads not yelling over the beats), and the instructors are all very professional and helpful. It is the impression this studio has made on me that encouraged me to reach out to friends in different states to suggest trying out Core Power Community Flow.

I do enjoy going to CorePower Yoga at Garden of the Gods location. I especially like the Yin Yoga and recovery it is so great. Instructors are very good.

I like the GoG Studio in Colorado Springs a lot! Excellent teachers, good facility. I would really want to see more HY and HPF classes on the schedule there (as it was before)
The entire experience is optimized end to end, from the online sign up process, to the locker rooms, the adjustment preferences display system, the course instructor knowledge and the class itself. A perfect combination of the Yoga tradition and its modern application’s.
