I love the instructors (shout outs to Amanda, Susanna and Ariel!), I love the combination of mental health, physical health, and heat. I have felt an improvement in my energy and stress levels. Would highly recommend!

I had an awesome C2 experience with Colin! He was so lively, his energy really got everyone excited to handstand. His class kicked my butt (both literally, with donkey kicks in Sun A, and figuratively!) in the best way! I am a CorePower teacher in Baltimore, and I love exploring other places when I can. I will definitely come back if I'm in the area.

Adam is the bomb, the facility is in a great location and always clean. the whole staff is wonderful, only complaint is $4 for water please i forgot mine one day and couldn't believe i had to pay $4, other then that love core power yoga on garden of the gods
