I love Corepower all year round, but especially at the Holidays. I have been taking fantastic CP2 classes with Colin, who makes yoga even more fun than it already is. Today, my daughter and I took a CoreRestore at Garden of the Gods, and since we were the only ones there, she tailored the whole class to our specific needs. Such a gift!

First timer here and it was GREAT!!! I belong to another gym, but I feel that Core Power restores and stretches the muscles that I have been working hard all week. I felt amazing and Holly, the instructor was thoughtful and gave great insight during the entire class. Cant wait to go back!

Colin is great! It was a bummer that the room heater wasn't working, because it really wasn't the same Sculpt experience in a cold room but Colin made the best of it

Pretty much everything. I love the instructors, the space, the classes and the community. I love the studio locations. I love that they offer discounted yoga apparel and accessories. I really appreciate that they stayed open through Covid as my practice was my lifeline. The management at the studios is exceptional. These folks are unsung hero’s that are top notch. Thank you to the instructors and studio managers as they truly make my experience and keep me coming back for more. Thank you to corporate for all the strings you pulled to keep doors open throughout the epidemic safely and for the overall experience. Well done!!!

The studio is clean. The instructors are all well-trained and lead safe classes. Each instructor has a different approach to class, and I like the variety. Yoga Sculpt is a full-body workout, low-impact, with the freedom to adapt for yourself.
