The yoga instructors are very nice and take a special interest in helping you achieve your goals. Each one has been very friendly and they seem to really care about their jobs. The studio has a great atmosphere for relaxing, and the class sizes are perfect for both fostering a community while being able to get 1-on-1 attention from the instructor

I've been attending yoga at my local YMCA but was eager to add hot yoga into the routine. Nan is fantastic! Encouraging, challenging, and patient...the experience was so good I came back the next week :)
