Friendly staff

Beautiful studio. I have generally liked all the teachers and the approach.

However--personal beef--yesterday a woman came in late and proceeded to do her own thing the entire time during class. It was a C1 class and she just did all this advanced stuff. Super distracting to me. Can you have your instructors shut that kind of thing down in the future? If you're not going to "do" the class, why take it? Ugh. Thanks!

Friendliness, teachers

I like the variety of class times. I would LOVE if you'd have a 6:00 C2 at the Nevada Studio. 5:00 is almost impossible to make, and the 6:00 at the Garden of the Gods Studio is also impossible because of traffic. Just a thought... :)

All instructors are different and well trained. Like the class selection and atmosphere.

I know hot yoga is very popular but I am thankful that Core Power respects we yogis who like it a little cooler. My favorite classes are C1 and Core Restore. I just wish you offered those classes more often and at different times so I could go to both of them. More Core Restore classes please, preferably following C1. Love it!

I like hot power fusion, especially when it's not too hot. Sunday it was the perfect temperature.

60 and 90 minute hot are my favorites. Evening classes for working folks. Caring friendly teachers.
