The service was very helpful and it was great to try it with my daughter for the first time.
90 degrees is a little hot, even for a fit and active 63 year old. I've only worked out once here and will give it some more tries to see if I'll adjust to the heat. The instructor was very good and worked her way around the room to make helpful suggestions to each person.
