Instructor was perfect for my level of practice . So bummed she is leaving! Temp too hot for me though.
The studio is clean, and the staff are always welcoming, professional, and positive. I would recommend getting the lockers in the women's changing room repaired. There are one or two that are broken, and fixing them would give everyone space to store their valuables.

I love all the classes. But it's the instructors who really make the difference! Not happy with the constant turnover. Corepower should pay everyone more and make an effort to retain people.

Rylee was fabulous teacher! Her soothing voice, great voice cues and demonstration of moves made it easy to follow! Love the atmosphere and the warm room.

Orangetheory has helped me increase my endurance and strength and I love how the workouts differ. The coaches are encouraging and motivating and the community is super positive.

The TEACHERS are what make this place so special. They offer change, challenge, and yogic artistry. They are the bridge of the community that makes the students more than just yoga practitioners but a union of souls united in the common intention of a somatic healing experience, one breath at a time. This is why the community is so strong here.
My only complaint is that the teachers don’t get paid what they should.
I appreciate the convenience of the location; the instructors are always professional and friendly, the rooms are clean but not always as hot as they are supposed to be.

My HPF class teacher was empathetic as well as aware that heart openers keeps us awake at night, and since the class was in the evening, she modified utrasana (the camel pose) and asked us to go easy based on our preference. That shows to me that the our teacher has a deeper understanding of science of yoga.
