Great instructors and studio. I just wish there was an evening 60 minute Hot Class offered at this studio. A 5 or 6 pm would be PERFECT!!
Both of your evening Hot classes are only offered at the GOG studio, which is unfortunate. The 4:30 at GOG is too early and too tough to get to for someone who works a 9-5 job, and the 7:30 is sometimes a bit late for me!
The teachers are lovely. They take the time to greet each of us. As someone new to yoga, I have rarely felt out of my depth or at a loss for how to learn/deepen my practice.

I love the CorePower team at both the Nevada and Garden of the Gods studio. The instructors are all excellent and welcoming. The classes are never the same and allow me the opportunity to progress in my practice. Not only do I get what I need physically, but also mentally/emotionally. You guys are what's keeping me going!
