The teachers and ambience are delightful at NEVADA. I'm not too keen on the mall location for GoG, but that's OK. I never go there.
What yoga does to help me relax and work out the kinks. Atmosphere- trainers, lighting, heat are key. Also location convient
Would like more core restore
The class and instructor was GREAT! I was new to yoga and I was able to jump right in and never felt lost in the class or overwhelmed. Our Instructor made it easy to follow along and comfortable for all.
Teacher was great. Nice to be in a different town and know I can go to yoga w my membership and know what to expect.
The classes I've tried have been challenging and restorative. I especially enjoy the instructors - upbeat, knowledgeable, willing to help.
yoga sculpt is unique and effective. each teacher was different and accommodating.
Love the management. Desperately need more variety in hot teachers - Rita is the only sub and dominates the schedule.

The instructor of the Hot Power Fusion classes on Mondays at 6:30, Kaley, has been outstanding. I had not attended a yoga class previously to this, so I wasn't sure what to expect. She has made the learning process smooth yet still challenging enough to keep me excited about coming to the next class. I've enjoyed it enough to purchase a package of classes. I'm looking forward to finding out where this yoga journey leads!
Consistently great instructors. They are also kind and approachable.
