Instructor and atmosphere

Most of the instructors have a calm and caring presence that I enjoy being around. The studios and locker rooms are clean. Classes are offered at various times which fits my crazy schedule. I feel like a new person when I leave there.

CPY has a variety of class times which are convenient for my working schedule. Also, Sara, Jacqui, Holly, Grace and Kristen C are super - I try to make it to their classes as they are always well thought out sequences, paced well and I leave feeling stronger both mentally and physically. Hats off to these ladies!

I love the staff, variety of classes from hot, vinyasa and circuit training...and the Boot camps!

I wish there was the yogi training course like a few years ago, would take that again since I don't have time for TT.

The class is always professionally done. Instructors are very friendly, warm and explain the yoga poses extremely well. All the instructors are helpful and sincere.

i liked the restorative class and plan to return.

I would recommend it because all the instructors are great but the studio floors are frequently dirty. I would hope someone would at the very least dust mop between classes. Many times I have seen dust bunnies and not to mention which I obviously am...hair. There have been ants in the smaller studio as well.
