I like the HPF classes. They continue to challenge me but also provide me with flexibility, exercise, and groundedness un the present. Also, very good teachers.
The instructors are top tier talent and really make CorePower Uptown a community. Also, the Core Restoritive classes every night of the week have me coming back.
Ken J, Josh K and Michelle W are the best instructors and really do care about the practice and students, as well as their knowledge is amazing.

Have not purchased products yet. But the variety seemed huge. The facility is very nice. My class was fun and did the trick.
