I like the friendly and open staff. I have had great experiences with each instructor and I each one has a unique touch. As a beginner to go, it is great to know that I am getting the attention that I need to challenge myself yet remembering my limitations. I also appreciate the emphasis of self-care that is promoted in the studio. This is just a great place to be.

The instructors are fantastic!

I started going to sessions at the Uptown location a few years ago. Most of the teachers were really good but there were a few who were sketchy, so I just worked my schedule around them.

However. Over the last year (i think) the instructors have really gotten quite good. I don't have a set schedule so I attend a lot of different classes by different teachers. I've been very pleased with all of them.

I have a background in massage therapy and I was an aerobics instructor in the 90's so I understand body mechanics. The classes are always challenging yet safe. All the instructors seem very aware of the individuals in their classes and seem to want to challenge everyone without pushing anyone past their limits. Classes are interesting. Some are slower and more focused while others are faster and more mentally challenging. I really enjoy the variety. The management is doing a wonderful job. I now go to class without even looking up who is teaching because I KNOW I will feel safe and cared for and will enjoy the time spent.

The teachers, consistency and structure of the classes. Only reason it's not a 10 is b/c the studio floor after a class could be a little cleaner sometimes. After class there is sometimes sweat from other people on the floor which makes it kind of hard to put the mat down where you want to put it. It doesn't happen every time just once in a while. Otherwise,coming here is really great and I really enjoy looking forward class a few times a week!

Staff has all been friendly and space is well kept. I have enjoyed a variety of classes. I think that with the membership price, a towel should be included.
