Yoga can be quite intimidating, especially when your a beginner and see these amazing people and their abilities. Core power made me feel less intimidated as my instructor was amazing and helpful. He was Ana amazing teacher and at some other yoga studios I've actually had a bad experience where the instructor yelled at me for not knowing the pose.
