Corepower provides water, mats and towels at a cost if you forget yours, this is a wonderful convenient service. It allows me to practice comfortably if I have forgotten something, I just ask for it.

I appreciated being welcomed back to Core Power. I did a C1 and it was really helpful to have such a respectful and helpful instructor.
The staff is open to feedback to make sure you get what you want out of your time in the studio. They allow each person to go their own pace while also pushing you to be better at your practice. This is a great studio!

This was my first time doing any form of yoga. Everyone very welcoming, very nice new studio, instructors were very informative and hands on help with stances. I took three classes in my first free week. I enjoyed all of them! I plan on buying a few more classes. This has been such a great learning process and man oh man was I sore which I love!! :) Thanks!

I am a yoga newbie and was pretty nervous to come my first time. The class I chose (C1) was super laid back and accessible, even for my fitness level (0% fitness level - haha!). The teacher was calming and encouraging. The overall ambiance of your space is calming and I appreciate that both instructors I've had have been very friendly and also explain things very clearly. Not sure what I was expecting, but my experience so far has exceeded expectations. :)
Uptown Corepower Yoga is awesome. I love the instructors and Ken is a great manager. The women's restroom could use more lockers (less cubbies) and what happened to the deodorant? Hot yoga can be smelly!

Ryanne was an amazing HPF instructor. I took the 75 min HPF class on Sunday morning and it was so great! Love the room and the temp was perfect - so hot and cleansing.
