The people at Core Power Yoga are all very friendly and inviting. My daughter and I would have returned, but we just live too far away. The commute was too tedious unfortunately.

It's hard to find a yoga class so well articulated (usually). I really appreciate the breathe, posture, movement formula. It works well across the board.
