I love the teachers who all clearly love what they do. That positive energy makes corepower a place I always look forward to coming!! I love the variety of classes that are offered too. I have spread the word to friends who have also found corepower to be a comminity they want to join as well.
Variety of classes, combining power yoga and heat.
One improvement suggestion- keep the a/c off in the foyer. when you exit the hot rooms, it's icy cold and uncomfortable.
