The reception area was very clean and I was welcomed as soon as I walked in. I like the dressing room area as well, very open and there was ample room to store my belongings. It was a tough class but I liked that (and am also out of shape, so I needed it.) Looking forward for CPY classes!

I travel a lot for business and pleasure. I love that I can almost always find a CPY within just a few miles of wherever I am traveling. I alternate between HPF, C2 and sculpts throughout each week.

The studio is clean, the teachers are pleasant, the class hours are AMAZING as are the classes. C1 is a great introductory class, C2 is an enjoyable flow, Hot Power Fusion was intense but fabulous and Yoga Sculpt kicked my a** but I loved every moment. I have high standards and I will definitely be using CorePower in Medford regularly.

Best workout I've had in years. I have weak joints and the guided course was very effective and fun yet low impact on the joints.

I will start by saying that I am very much out of shape. I need to lose like 90lbs, and I've never been one to enjoy exercising (especially in front of other people!). for some reason, though... even though I can barely do any of the poses and I feel like I'm slowly dying for 60 minutes... I kind of love corepower yoga! the instructors are awesome, the place is so CLEAN, and it makes me stop caring about what I look like in the class, how I'm the biggest one there, or how wonky my poses are. And I leave feeling good that I made it through.

There are so many classes to choose from, the instructors are great and the location is perfect for me.

I truly enjoyed both of my instructors and felt like moves were clearly explained. It was a great experience.

I'm in love with the Yoga Sculpt classes. Amanda was great on Saturday - and I feel rejuvenated and strong after each class. Can't wait to go back!
