Environment, varieties of classes available, instructors
i loved fhe atmosphere and how energetic the instructor was. this was my first time ever doing yoga and i didnt do a beginners class and i felt like it was ok that i wasn't totally up to speed with everyone else. i was very comfortable!!

When I came to the Medford studio last Saturday, it was my first time. It was also my first time trying "Hot Yoga." I wasn't sure what to expect and didn't know if the heat would exhaust me but I loved it and considered it to be one of the best stress relieving tools that I have tried. A nice way to break into the colder weather. The music that was playing along with the class was also very appropriate and made the workout much more enjoyable. I loved seeing my body working in action! I have already sung praises to my friends and coworkers about the experience.

Cleaning, lots of classes, good teachers
The studio is very clean and sound isolated (you can't really hear stuff from the lobby or other studios that would distract you from your practice). The instructors seem competent and give a good amount of guidance and adjustment during class.
The instructor, the room was hot but not uncomfortably so, lots of space (8 am rainy Saturday morning), and great facilities.

yoga sculpt is the best workout class i have ever taken. i think a lot of what i get out of the class comes from the teacher and that can vary, but i do appreciate that regardless of the teacher you are guaranteed to leave feeling both challenged and refreshed.
