So far I like the instructors and the fexibility in class schedules
The hot yoga class that I took yesterday was really good. Ben was the instructor and he did a great job of guiding everyone through the class, along the way offering tips for more intense versions of the poses to really push the stretching and get a better workout. I felt awesome afterwards - definitely going again!
Classes start on time and the experience is consistent regardless of the instructor. Locker Rooms are spotless.

The studio was very clean and there is a great variety of classes. The instructor led the class to your beliefs, whether it was to be more spiritual or just a work out it was up to the yogis.
I like when the teacher provide positive philosophy behind our practice. I love how clean the bathrooms are, that you provide hair-ties, lotion, and other products to make our experience at CorePower enjoyable and comfortable.

I have not taken a class with CPY that I have no loved! The instruction is hand on and very detail oriented, the instructors are all so pleasant and knowledgeable, as well as the facility is beautiful and always clean.

I love the C2 heated Yoga Sculpt class but when I go back to C2 class I am not as challenged as I am during sculpt. I am disappointed though because I am planning for pregnancy and I'll unfortunately have to stop heated yoga per doctor's orderr. She said I could still do yoga, just not heated. I think that if I go elsewhere for yoga I won't like it/won't be as challenged as my C2 sculpt class. Selfishly, I wish there was a C2 class that wasn't heated so I don't have to stop.
