LOVE Yoga Sculpt, although it seems as if your instructors choose the music, and maybe that shouldn't always be the case. Attended the 1:15pm class on 11/10 and the 10:30am class on 11/14, and the music and instruction was amazing. Attended the 1:15pm class on 11/12, and the music was terrible. The energy in the class was way off as a result, and I didn't enjoy it nearly as much. Otherwise, I love Yoga Sculpt and have asked for a regular monthly membership for Christmas. :)

Since I started my free week on Tuesday, I have gone to three different classes with three different instructors. All of them brought a unique style with new challenges that kept me engaged in the class. They provided great instruction and I left each class ready to start the day feeling like I had a great workout!
The space is very clean, the instructors are professional, resourceful, personable & welcoming.
The studio is immaculately clean. I really love how every instructor has their own style but know that I will get a great workout and spiritual experience with any instructor.

I like that the instructors change up the classes frequently and include "advanced" moves (fav instructors are Fallon, Kristina, Tristan). I always feel challenged and I leave also knowing I got a great workout!
I like the facility. The space was fresh and clean. There were showers and a very functional dressing room.
The frequency of the classes offered it great. I can almost always make one that is convenient to my busy schedule. Even the really late ones are great because sometimes I don't get out of work until 8pm.
