I attend the core sculpt class and I like the whole body work out. While I have my favorite instructors, I know that I can attend any of the sessions no matter who is teaching and have a great work out.

Corepower yoga instructors are very friendly and pleasure to work with. A great place to go to work on balance, core strength, and most importantly a place for a great meditation practice :)

There's a great range of classes and class times. The instructors are very knowledgeable and give helpful advice and feedback both during and after the classes. The facilities are neat, clean, and organized.

The yoga sculpt class I did with Sarah was amazing! Even though there were technical issues with the music, she kept the group pumped and made it a fun work out. The selection of songs were awesome and I liked the blend of yoga, Pilates, and cardio. Also the studio really fosters a sense of community.

I had my first official experience yesterday at CorePower Yoga in Medford and loved it. Currently testing the facility out fantastic one week trial. I did the Core 1 (I think that's the name of the class). At first it was difficult, but I thought the instructor was awesome and was super clear/helpful with the movements. The facility was also very clean and easy to get to. I would definitely recommend a few friends and family members.

Really clean facility to start off. The studio was big and had enough room for even a busy class. The instructor was great and the class was challenging.

The classes and staff were amazing. I just had to reduce my membership as my work schedule varies and I was unable to take full advantage of the unlimited package.
