I enjoy the opportunity the studios provide for affordable practice (free/ donation classes, SET, etc.). I also like that classes are varied. I enjoy that each night when I can get tot thw studio after work that I have the opportunity to try C2, sculpt, and HPF on various weeknights.

Incredible hot yoga with fab instructors and a very clean facility. I feel so relaxed after a class. I wish I could come daily. Great way to stay in shape and remain calm.

I love the staff in Medford. They are very welcoming. Kristina's classes are the BEST! I also like they added 4pm C1 classes on M-F. this fits my schedule so well!

The studio is beautiful and clean, the staff are so kind, gentle, helpful, and offer great adjustment suggestions. The facilities make for a confortable and relaxing practice. Always love when I get to add to my practice with this studio.
The instructor was very good in explaining all the moves and reminding us of little changes to do to improve our movement.
Teacher was great! Nice clean studio, locker keys provided a huge plus! Fun class, weights and yoga blocks also huge plus!
The convenience of having multiple classes at multiple times is wonderful. Also, the fact that you don't have to reserve a spot and not loss a visit if you cancelle last minute.

Its a very warm and inviting yoga environment. Not like some Bikram Yoga studios where its stuffy, clicky and too much pressure to be perfect
