Really enjoy the community and the welcoming atmosphere

The community created by the incredible staff keeps me participating. I learn something every class. I’m getting stronger. I had no issues snow skiing for five days in a row because of strength I’ve acquired through Core Power classes. When I walk in the studio, I’m greeted by name. Tori, Kevin, Jennifer, Shelby, Nikki, Sri, Steph, and Tony share their knowledge of yoga and create class environments that are fun, challenging, and make me want to come the next day. Each teacher I have had a class with seems to truly care about their students.

I always feel like I’m getting a physical workout and the instructors are very clear with direction.

Love the facility at Almaden - great in every regard. The instructors are fantastic - especially Colleen's Sunday morning class (I try to never miss it!).

I love the Almaden studio! The facilities are clean and beautiful, instructors teach clearly and with plenty of intensity and I enjoying bringing friends whenever I can.

The best

I absolutely love CorePower! The classes and the instructors are awesome. Looking forward to having the new strength class soon. My only complaint is that the room isn’t quiet before or after class which is a huge bummer and one of the main reasons I come early and stay late. I was under the impression when I joined that is was a quiet space free of loud talking which is not the case at all. Hoping this changes but love this studio otherwise!

classes are not too crowded, teachers are great, facility is clean

It was a great experience. My husband has the membership, I just went for the free class. I believe the teacher's name was Colleen.She was amazing! What I most liked about her class is that she gives variations/options for some poses, so you can choose the best way to do the pose according to your body flexibility. She made me feel very comfortable during the class.
CorePower is a great place! I just have difficulties with my schedule, so I will not commit at the moment.Thanks CorePower!

Love the instructors, the class schedules are regular, wish they had more evening classes. In general allthe staff is friendly and inviting. Of course the yoga experience is amazing
