I like how the everything is set up, the studios, locker rooms, bathroom and showers are well maintained. The staff is friendly and I feel the sculpt class is a great workout. The deals that are offered are a good deal and it nice that 7 days are given free to try out the classes.

Having never been to a Yoga Studio before a few weeks ago, my expectations were limited. What I found at CPY Almaden was a team of inspiring Yogi-Masters that run phenomenal classes. They all demo, perform, guide, cue, and offer adjustments like it's nothing. They make it all look quite easy, which it is not - so right away I was impressed with their professionalism and talent/ability.

I've tried numerous classes and various teachers and all have been awesome. I like the workout combination of challenging both mobility AND stability. CPY classes deliver that.

I felt like I was dying in the middle of my first class but after a few short weeks I can tell I'm getting stronger and improving coordination of breathing along with the movements. The pace and cuing of the teachers is key - they do a great job guiding/pacing so you always know where you're supposed to be.

I'm still a beginner but I can feel progress and it feels good. I hope others will come out to CPY Almaden to explore movement, too! Yoga is just one of many awesome fitness activities we all have to choose from but I have not found anything quite like it. Forging a stronger mind/body connection with the support of other students and the teachers is a fun journey. I believe everyone would be more healthy and live a higher quality life if you simply added some CPY to your routine.
