The teachers have been great and they offer a decent amount of classes. The facility is clean

I love the workouts and most of the instructors are amazingly friendly! They make it feel like a real community. Here's what I don't like: I feel like the instructors could provide more instruction, in terms of correcting people's form. I'm sure that my form is way off in multiple positions throughout the workout, but in two years I have yet to be corrected. Also - the showers are close to being in the "gross" category. While I appreciate saving funds and having the volunteers do the cleaning, I feel that an occasional professional cleaning is necessary. There is always some level of mold and/or mildew in the showers and it is very offputting. Overall I am very happy with CorePower and this studio and its instructors, but if you're looking for constructive input, here it is!

This was my first time taking a class at Corepower yoga. I attended the 7:30 class on 12/29 at the Almaden location. The instructor was very welcoming and led a fantastic class! The facility was clean and offered all necessary amenities. I was very satisfied and grateful for the space for my yoga practice. Thank you!

Flexible schedule, excellent facility, very nice staff. What is annoying is the loud music makes it hard to hear the teacher. I have no idea why the music volume is so loud... Often the music is completely inappropriate to the class. It looks like not much thought is given to music and light. CPY should do more teaching classes, a C1 or C2 is not instructive, it is practice. Maybe once a week have an open instruction class. One class per week on a different pose. The class could be 30 minutes and come before a C1 or C2 class.
