When Spencer subs - you take his class. Challenging sequence with a great playlist. 17.34/10 class in my opinion. I think the humidifier in the big studio at Winchester is broken because it honestly feels like a nice steamy sauna, which I personally love.
In addition, Spencer incorporates his “STAR” dance and centers his demo toward the CENTER back of the room to personally target those who are shy and scared of being upfront so they can get out of their comfort zone and understand that yoga is NO judgement. Only person who is judging is honestly YOU.

I love the yoga sculpt classes! I go into these classes hoping to be challenged and am never disappointed. I like that there is a variety of movements so that I’m not always doing the same exact exercises each class. The playlists are always fun and energetic also.
I love the heat and humidity! I like the layout/decor of the Winchester studio (old layout at Winchester, not the new layout for new locations). It provides a place of serenity, focus, and ease (the new layout feels like a mixture of an office space and workout place (not yoga)). I also appreciate that corepower acknowledges and honors the origins of yoga by speaking on the limbs of yoga, using sanskrit, and acknowledging yoga's history. Some other commercial studios don't do this, which is disrespectful and encourage cultural appropriation. For these reasons, corepower is my favorite place to practice yoga! Thank you!

Easy parking, great teachers, and the classes are heated better than other locations
Emily is so great! I was really nervous to go for my first time, but becuase of her I went back and I am signing up for a membership soon!
Isabel is one of the best yoga teachers! Highly recommend her sculpt class. Winchester location can use some facility update though.

Great staff- strong, balanced, knowledgeable and kind. Great customers too. Core-Power is a little expensive but its worth it if you are into yoga.
