Loved the flow and sequencing. The class was a little too hot, half the class left before stretching
I appreciate all the talented and skilled yogi instructors. They’re inspiring and uplifting. I like how they remind all of us to keep the studio space quiet/no talking before and after class for those who are meditating. I really love the heat and humidity before and during class!!!

Great fscility
Tried out the Candle Light Hot Power Fusion at Winchester and let me just say I’m sold. This is definitely my favorite Core Power class so far and I will definitely be coming back often!

I’m doing the free week of Corepower yoga. The instructors have been so helpful. Todays class felt very focused and technical with Theresa. I loved all the variations we could take and the detailed instructions on how to accomplish a pose. I will be coming back!
PS: Make sure to bring water and a towel. And note that all the classes are heated.
