Yoga is great and the teachers are great too. I like the different approaches of each teacher and particularly like the gong/bowl meditation!! I am charging up muscles that have layed dormant whilst I sit designing parts and assemblies at work on my computer. I am 58 and can do 100-200 pushups in one set and around 25-30 pullups in one set and I walk all over the place, but I can barely keep up with the class in some of the more athletic yoga classes. My ankle flexibility is poor and my balance on one leg is poor (probably due in some part to my decades long history with gouty arthritis). I hope to improve my ankle fexibility and my balance on one leg and also strengthen my endurance and core- yoga is a great catalyst for this improvement. I have experienced nothing but positivity when I have taken classes at CorePower Yoga. Namaste!!

I appreciate all the talented and skilled yogi instructors. They’re inspiring and uplifting. I like how they remind all of us to keep the studio space quiet/no talking before and after class for those who are meditating. I really love the heat and humidity before and during class!!!
How many times did I feel ecstatic in my yoga practice!? - for the wisdom of yoga itself and meticulously made music contributes to that, too.
