I go to the studio and I love it very much. The instructors are very incredible, but I’m finding that a lot of things like toilet paper are consistently not stocked, and sometimes you have an overflow of Matt wipes in the trashcan that have not been changed

Loved the heat! One of the hottest 2 rooms I’ve practiced in. Great teachers and facilities. Showers are good. Smart to have weights outside so you can adapt rooms to capacity you need for the class. I’m grateful I got to try the Winchester mystery house session.

I’ve enjoyed attending classes with many instructors and appreciate the variety they bring. However, some instructors seem focused on attracting as many students as possible, introducing novel or advanced procedures naturally but without sufficient precaution. This can be challenging for new learners or in situations without proper support, like limited wall space for handstands.
Providing clearer explanations and demonstrations in advance, with attention to safety, would help students build confidence and practice more effectively. Overall, I value the studio and hope this feedback helps improve the experience for everyone.

My Mind to muscle connection is the best thing I’ve gained from core power

It was amazing yesterday at 3:30 sculpt class.
It was first time to fix my posture.

Yesterday’s lesson focused a lot on teaching proper form, and I really hope we can have more classes like that. I think it’s really helpful when you correct my form each time — it makes a big difference.

Winchester 6:15am classes are all great!

great studio, super hot and always a great workout!!! Not beginner level at all.

I have been going to Winchester studio for 6 years for my work out. I have also tried other studios but Winchester is still my favorite.

I am a dancer so yoga incorporates stretching, which is good for my sport. I really like they sculpt classes cause it helps me workout and condition my body and my body stronger and more fit.

This is by far the best location with the coolest instructors. I love this place.

I do need to be honest about one thing, last week on Monday the 7th, I took a class here and a student had sweat puddles all around his mat, and did not wipe any of it up, he just got up and left. I couldn't see the puddle as I was holding blocks. As I went to return the blocks, I slipped on his sweat and fell extremely hard. I was soaked in his sweat, and I bruised the entire left side of my hip and legs, and hit my head. I got a severe migraine within half an hour of that fall. I highly recommend putting notes up, and/or informing students to please remember to wipe up their sweat before leaving the section they use in order to avoid this happening to someone else.
