What a great workout!
I like the teachers. It makes all the difference. The facilities with the humidifier and heat is also important and I find that the Winchester location is the only one I’ve tried so far that has the correct heat and humidity. The one thing about Winchester is that they don’t clean the mirrors. Mirrors always seem to look dirty.

Excellent teachers- all different and all good.
I enjoy practicing Yoga at all the studios near my home. There are many different classes and times to choose from. The instructors are the best, and they all have their personalities, styles, and techniques, which makes the class fun.
The instructors are all very organized, friendly and helpful. As a beginner I appreciate them giving clear instructions and guidance.
