I fully appreciate the dedication of all the instructors to the intensity of C2 practice. Yoga is whatever you want it to be but here at core power I need it to allow for a boundary pushing experience and you can't get that with out the experience of the CPY instructors. Thank you for your commitment to the art.

Such a great workout. The heat was the perfect temperature and the instructor was lively and encouraging and super knowledgeable. My only (very minor) suggestion is to get some essential oil diffusers or palo santo or something to keep the studio smelling fresh!
