I love it there. If there was better parking I would take more classes. However, it's just as easy for me to get to the Triangle and parking is free there, so that's where I go more often. But I do like Monarch
CorePower has been instrumental in my life. I’ve been practicing at CorePower for years. I love the classes and the vibe so much that I joined YTT. I encouraged my niece to pursue YTT with me and now we are both looking forward to auditions. Truly life-changing! Thank you !

At check in, I would appreciate the instructors reminding everyone about your house rules. Everyone in the front row was on their phone before and immediately after class. The girls next to me were being super chatty and I found it hard to focus. When I’ve taken classes with Karin she always reminds people so you don’t see that behavior in her classes. It would be great to see other instructors encourage respectful class etiquette
I love the community - everyone is so friendly and inviting! The facilities are very clean and having a parking garage with reserved spots is super nice!

it's hot & it's challenging & there's lots of classes throughout the day. thank you for updating the Monarch showers! such a huge improvement and i really appreciate it.
Workout is packed with lots of different moves, energetic, motivating instructors, music is appropriate for movements, lots of classes and times available to choice from, cleanliness, provides cleaning supplies, available to shower and lotion provided. I love the sweat and feeling accomplished afterwards!

I loved the class I took and will be back. My only (tiny) complaint is the parking. There are only a few spots in the garage and street parking is a hassle. That aside, great place for yoga
I took Lili's yoga sculpt class at 10 am and had such an amazing and empowering workout! I am an avid marathoner and cyclist, and this balance of yoga, holding poses, stretching, lifting, and micro movements was the perfect combo for cross training. Lili is such a great instructor, she is interactive, thorough, fun, and uplifting! I can't wait to take another class! :)
The class format seems very chill, fun and fulfilling. LOVE the instructors and their good energy.
One thing i'd suggest is maybe some essential oils in the rooms because it does tend to get stinky with so many sweaty people, especially in classes that are packed. Or maybe cold essential oil towels or wipes at the end of the class ◡̈

It's not just about the physical postures; it's about the internal journey she leads us on. During a particularly challenging sequence, her voice, calm and steady, reminds us that "this moment, this breath, is all we have. Let it fill you with strength and grace."

She speaks of "finding stillness within the movement," and of "allowing ourselves to release what no longer serves us." Her words aren't just instructions; they're affirmations that resonate deep within my soul. After class, I don't just feel physically stronger; I feel lighter, more centered. Karen's gentle reminders to "honor our bodies and our spirits" echo in my heart.
