love sculpt

I'm a huge fan of the sculpt classes, they find the perfect balance of intensity with connection to the body and mind. I have never found another class that gets this balance right, cross-fit has too much competitive undertone, traditional yoga isn't aggressive enough, straight cardio gets boring. But sculpt gets everything just right. Combined with consistently friendly and engaging staff at a well appointed facility and its a win for sure.

Christina K is an amazing teacher! Highly recommend her class to anyone and everyone! She teaches with such thoughtfulness and awareness and is one of the best teachers ive ever had.

I enjoy the location, the parking, the variety of classes and instructors. Fun place. Great music. It is packed so you can enjoy the energy off everyone else that is getting their butt kicked right next to you. Plus Marissa is fabulous.

I like Jennifer's class on Monday night. Always clear with her instructions, a nice variety of poses and a good mix of heat, then cooling the room down toward the end of class. That way you don't feel miserable when you walk out of class at the end. Almost everyone I talk to agree she is the best instructor.

On a side note, the parking is a challenge, especially when classes run long and don't let out in time. It creates a parking hassle for people trying to find a spot for the next class.

I have always loved CPY. The teachers are well trained! Room is nice and hot, sequence is always smooth, and great music!

Monique was amazing from her creative flow to her hands on assist. She also knocked it out of the park by closibg the session with a live mucical performance!

Clean spacious locker room, mats for rent, large rooms for practicing yoga, so not crowded.

I travel to Austin for Business and don’t fly with my mat, towel, etc. Core Power Monarch had everything I needed plus a cool and friendly vibe. Everyone was open and welcoming and the classes were approachable but challenging. Exactly what this weary traveler needed! Thanks Core Power team!
