The staff is super friendly, facilities are beautiful and clean and lovely, and the classes are taught in a way that is very easy for this beginner to follow. Love the instructors. Great way to the start the day however the price is over my budget.
That classes are well heated, challenging, all the while mindful as well. Each of the instructors brought unique perspective and demonstrated high levels of experience. While this location is in the city we had no problems finding parking strait in front of the studio.

I LOVE how friendly they help the class to be. For example, when they encourage everyone to move their mats to make room for anyone who comes in closer to the start time.

Awesome class I wish I lived closer
I loved the big, open, and very clean studio. It was warm and welcoming. I took an express sculpt class and my instructor was excellent. She kept the class challenging and still fun. I felt so good after my workout, sweating more than ever before and couldn’t wait to take another class! I love core power yoga!
