I love the convenient location and the ability to drop in for class.
I love the knowledge and positive customer service. And the sessions are always invigorating. The studio is also clean and I like having quality bathroom products. However I am a social worker and so going is only an occasional treat for me because of the cost. If there was a therapeutic discount that would be so awesome.

The instructor was very knowledgeable, and had a great glow, I really enjoyed the class. My arms, legs and back really got worked on and I feel a good sore the next day! Thank you to my 4pm instructor, she was great!

I do NOT like how crowded some of the classes are (specifically sculpt). Y'all really need to implement a sign up system to avoid overcrowding because it makes the workout less productive and way too hot which is dangerous. I come at least 15 minutes early to class to ensure getting a front row spot but that's useless if someone can come in 2 minutes before class starts and ask me to move over so they can cram in next to me. I love CPY and it's my main form of workout but y'all seriously need to do something about how crowded some of the sculpt classes get or you will lose business
