CPY's services are consistent! The Triangle Studio had the elegance and warm charm of my home studios in Chicago. I LOVE CPY. I relocated from Chicago to Houston two years ago. I miss CPY more than anything else from Chicago! When will CPY come to Houston?

I love the fluidity of the classes, the impeccable cleanliness of the locker room facilities and studios and most of all the comraderie amongst the patrons. Core Power has attracted some of the most driven athletes in the area and that just makes the practice exponentially more intense and high caliber.
