Rebecca’s sculpt class was amazing! She has the perfect teacher balance of challenging and encouraging! Also, her music was completely on point making class a 15/10. I will definitely be coming back!!

I enjoyed the self empowerment aspect of the training and the focus on actual teaching versus just philosophy. This is what separates CPY from other teacher trainings I’ve looked into in this area.

I really really appreciate the cleaning crew at Triangle for freshly swiped floors and clean blocks by the time I roll into the 5.30 class when the place could be, but is not, a sweaty mess. The locker/bathroom/shower area is generally clean but could use some detail work, like ceiling vents and other nooks and crannies that could keep the studio seeming new and crisp and not getting dingy around the edges.
WAY WAY more important, the teachers are rock solid, even the newbies, no matter the class. I look forward to an experienced permanent teacher in the Wed 5.30 slot. I don't suppose you could recruit Keeley?
The studio always changes when a new manager takes the helm, and with Caitlin, it looks to be an awesome vibe going to happen. Keep up the good work!

My teacher was very friendly and helpful (Adrienne Ja) and made the class so enjoyable! I loved the one week free option because I need to try a studio before committing and also the different prices because I only need the 4 classes a month option. All these factors have me feeling positive I will be signing up as a member! Thank you again!

I was in Austin for a few days. I showed up at CorePower Monarch for a class thinking that they will make it so complicated because I am not a member. Instead, I got a free week, and I was doing my first class within minutes of me walking in. I did Yoga Sculpt and C2 a few times. I loved them both because they were so intense and I love intensity!! The trainers are sooooo nice!! I am sad I have to leave Austin, but I will check it out in Charlotte:-)
I love how intense the yoga sculpt classes are! they are my favorite workout! It would be nice to have more classes like yoga sculpt and less of the core power 1 & 2 classes. More of a balance between the two would be nice. If you guys incorporated that I would buy a monthly membership for sure! As of now I just use classpass to come to yoga sculpt classes (:
Each of the three instructors have been simply fantastic I have taken three classes now and feel relatively comfortable. It would help to have a bit more guidance on the pose and the name so I don’t have to follow the others quite so closely however. I hope to continue on after my trial period. Thank you so much
