I think that you have multiple studios and offer many HPF classes. Usually the 4:30 class works well into my schedule
All of it. I like how friendly the instructors are. I appreciate the balance of a traditional yoga setting and a workout environment. I love the layout of the studio and the space.
Quality of instruction is far better than anywhere else. I always get a great workout and enjoy it, no matter who is teaching.

I have had the pleasure of taking Restorative each Thursday for almost a year. At first, the studio was a bit dirty. However, after my last survey, that problem has ceased. The teacher is extremely professional. The studio is friendly. It is a great place to practice yoga.
Instructors, professional and clean space, organized and FUN
I use core power all over the Denver metro area and this has become one of my favorite studios!! The teachers here are the best consistently, even if I have never had a class with them, they have been awesome!

I love LoHi! The staff is friendly, I love the instructors, and I think the facility is amazing! I've been coming to LoHi since it opened and will continue to divide my yoga practice between the Highlands and LoHi! My favorite instructors (to give them a personal shout out!) are: Jay, Lance (Highlands), Emilie and Crystal. Great work, team LoHi!
