I really enjoy all of the instructors and how clean the facilities are in comparison to other studios. I also really enjoy the amount of classes that are offered throughout the Denver area. It makes a huge difference when trying to get a workout in and manage my 3 month old's schedule.
I think all of the teachers are great.

The people and vibes I get. I like how the yoga practice's are structured. The different classes such as yoga sculpt with weights is a great way to change it up and I'm a huge fan. I also like the intensity and core power that is incorporated into each yoga class.

The classes have always been great that I have attended at the LoHi studio.
Variety of classes and times. However- I do not see it necessary to heat the sculpt classes as they are way to hot!
You yoga classes are very nice, great teachers. Love the selection of products available to purchase in your lobby and your prices seem reasonable.
The LoHi studio is one of the nicest I've been to. From the main entrance, to the studio rooms, to the locker rooms, I've never been to a place with such great design. It's also nice to have multiple rooms available. There are so many classes offered at just this location, I can always find a class that fits with my schedule. If the staff didn't immediately make you feel welcomed and comfortable as you walk in, the interior itself could do the job. It's a great space for yogis from regulars to newbies. The staff are hilarious!

I have taken a teacher training back in 2012 and cannot let this style of yoga slip outta of my life. If i had the option i would attend a class everyday for the rest of my life. Yoga has enlightened every aspect of my life and offers openness to try harder every time at anything i am involved in.
I like the number of classes available at the studio and the times. However, if there could be a 5:30 AM class it would make my day (everyday!).
Emily was awesome! I took a C1 class and it felt great but was still challenging! She walked us through the poses slow enough to feel the pull in the muscles and offered adjustments to really help us go deeper in our poses. It was a great experience!
I love the schedule: a lot of opportunities to take classes throughout the day. The teachers are wonderful and have a sense of humor to boot.
I really like how clean the bathroom/loccer rooms are. Its great to have the option to shower off after a good sweat! The classes are wonderful! My flexibility has improved dramatically and I feel so much stronger especially in my core. I have chronic back pain, which is the reason I got into yoga in the first place, and the classes have helped my back as well as helped me tone up for swimsuit season! :)
