I love the facility, the wide range of class times, and the instructors. I had Alyssa yesterday and she is fantastic! Authentic and great flow.
The energy in Corepower is always so positive & vibrant! The style of the classes gets my heart rate up, gives me a good sweat, and a great workout while also clearing my mind and refreshing my mental. Plus, I've never had a teacher I haven't enjoyed.

CPY in general has the highest quality instructors, the most challenging classes, and the most welcoming and exciting environment.
I love the LoHi studio. The facilities are top notch, the instructors are extremely friendly, and classes are convenient--all day every day.
Space is pleasant, clean and modern, natural light into studio is much appreciated, instructors are competant, each with their own unique style and strengths, with sequence appropriate to class and level of difficulty. My only negative is that sometimes women are less than tidy. Sometimes there is hair matted on the drain and stuck to the shower walls, which I find rather disgusting. This problem is noticed at other studios as well, not just LoHi.
Otherwise, I am extremely satisfied with CorePower as a whole and speak to friends about my positive experiences. Thank you.
Great flow classes, great teachers and a great a variety of yoga classes. Teachers are good at instructing on inversions and allow for movement into them throughout the flow. Everyone is friendly and happy to help. Great atmosphere.

I like the consistency of the instructors schedules, the consistency of the class schedules, the variety of classes offered and how often the instructors change up their routines
All the teachers i've and are very helpful and understanding. The LoHi location is so inviting and clean. It's the only Corepower I go to for Yoga. Love the studio
