CONSISTENCY. Granted, i take 99% HPF - but it's really my favorite class. For this format, your 930am instructors are all spectacular. great music, voice, flow, understanding of the postures. I love the consistency and it keeps me returning. I recommend CPLohi to EVERYONE.

I travel for work, and try to go to CPY in different cities. Typically I have little questions avbout the studio but it is impossible to get through to anyone at the individual locations.
i love the friendliness of the staff, the parking, and most of all the consistently fantabulous quality of the classes.
I do wish they’d mix up which times HPF is available.
