Multiple studios
It’s a great combination of lower impact and more intense workouts! Between Sculpt, C2, and HPF, it’s a lot of variety. The studio is very inviting and has all the amenities I want. All instructors have been wonderful. The only downside is parking can be tough. I live close enough to bike or walk, but parking can be a problem in bad weather.
I've gone to two classes at LoHi (I'll be going to many more!) and the teachers were excellent. They were slower than most, which I prefer because it helps students focus on form and not hurt themselves. The studio is huge and very spacious with beautiful facilities. My only constructive feedback would be to put the weights either closer to or in the room, rather than across the hall. Other than that, I've had excellent experiences so far and will certainly be coming back!

I really like the layout of the studio. I like the array and selection of products. The instructors are warm and upbeat and I’ve never been to a class I didn’t enjoy.
Core Power is my favorite yoga studio! The LoHi studio is gorgeous, conveniently located, and the staff is wonderful!

Ellie is the reason I'm consistent. She ROCKS! wish the studio was bigger as her classes keep growing.
The teachers at CPY-LoHi are masters at cultivating a safe place for all people to heal, learn, process, and grow. Their thoughtful adjustments, insightful cuing, and playful encouragement creates space for creative work both on and off the mat. I learn something new every time I go, AND the instructors are always available after class to help me process new ideas. It’s a gem of a yoga studio.
I like how efficient the workouts are. You can count on getting a great workout for the time you put in.
The studio is so clean and well-organized. Teachers are both friendly and knowledgeable!!
I love CorePower so much!! Thank you to all the instructors for all you do :) The one thing I'd mention is that the last few classes I've been to have been fairly noisy with people talking and even having cell phones in class. I'm not one to complain but I go to yoga class for the quiet time and meditation. That being said, I still love the LoHi studio and the energy, I just wanted to let you know :)
